"Angie/front desk was friendly and helpful. Location is ideal, walking distance to Waikiki beach, Target, International Market (Lilyha), and tons of restaurants, shops, coffee shops, and ABC stores. My college age daughter and I enjoyed dinner at Tanaka East Japanese Restaurant, located at the property. Joe the chef was entertaining. Room was clean. Nice view of Waikiki. Would definitely stay again "

"Property was located in a convenient location. Hotel ran out of beach and pool towels on one occasion. Clean rooms but bathrooms could use some updating. Ceiling in bathrooms stained and need to be painted. We were on the 18th floor facing diamond head with partial ocean view. View was nice but when you open the sliding door all you can hear are the air conditioning units or generators from other hotels. Sliding door to balcony was difficult to open and close. "

"Check in staff was ok but not so friendly. Expedia booked rooms don’t get the same type of service as booking directly. They don’t offer late check out to Expedia booked guests… even if you offer to pay. Rooms are dated and don’t have dresser draw for folding your clothes so we had to leave them in the suitcase. Restroom wasn’t clean. Gorgeous view of the mountain! Close proximity of everything so that’s a plus. "

"Convent location. Honestly, my kids talked about the breakfast the most. The loved the food. Eating outdoors on the patio area in the morning. That was great. Huge hit. Overall, for me, standard hotel for the area. Good marks all around. Helpful staff. Nice that they loan out boogie boards and such. We were in a small room…but that was on us. Make sure you get an appropriate sized rook for your group."

"Park Shore has an excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, well-functioning AC, comfy bed and better than average toiletries (including sunscreen). The pool was mostly empty and has a deck overlooking both the park and beach which is excellent for escaping the crowds of Waikiki while still being able to see nature and people from relative privacy. General proximity to the park, beach, and restaurants is unmatched. The property is a bit dated, as are many hotels in Waikiki, but was very clean. Would stay again!"
