"My family has been staying at the Outrigger for over 40 years and with reason: the staff are absolutely incredible, the property is well-maintained with detail and care, and the location is perfect and centralized! From the moment we checked-in, we were greeted with warmth and kindness from the staff. Once we were ready to explore, everything is literally in walking distance from this property. We loved the Rock and Hula show which is walking distance to the hotel, International Market Place is literally across the street (very helpful since our 9 month old was traveling with us - we made quite a few Target runs!), and the car rental center for island adventures was right around the corner. I will say, the lobby is currently under renovation but they limit it to hours when guests are more likely out and about. I cannot wait to return to see the completed renovations! The Outrigger and its staff are simply wonderful - you won’t be disappointed with your stay here! I am truly looking forward to our next visit! "

"Construction very noisy. Street traffic noisy. Centrally located to beach and shops Cold showers took over 20 minutes to get hot water to the 10th floor. Pillows weren't great"

"It is so expensive the restaurants are very overpriced. All the extra fees too was crazy a daily resort fee and a fee to use the parking lot. Just be expecting a lot of charges. The staff was very pleasant. The rooms could be updated, the place was clean."

"Located in heart of the downtown, loud area. You can hear everything from this hotel. We stayed one night and that was enough. If you need something for a night or two, it would work"

"Long walk to the beach. Over priced Sysco frozen food at every one of the on property restaurants. Our room never got below 72* degrees.. the ac in the room was set to 60 and it never made temp. We were sweating in the room at night.. theres a lot better value in the area that would be closer to the beach and better food choices. We paid a ton of money for this and it was not worth it for the room we got I complained after our first night about the AC and they sent in a technician but it didn’t make a difference. They never checked back in. "

"We took an uber to the property. Has the buffet breakfast one morning and that was good. Hotel is located in a very good location "

"Everything was good. Only complaint is the front desk staff did not tell us there was a complementary lounge room on the second floor for guests waiting to check in or waiting for shuttle to the airport. Front desk check in staff knew we were early and waiting to check in and nobody said anything, even when I asked if our room was ready. "

"Had the absolute best, relaxing and peaceful time for my week stay here! My mom and I were doing a girls trip and coming back from our daily activities greeted with a smile from the Bell Boys and the valet attendants; not to mention walking into a cool, clean room, made the world of a difference. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful every interaction we made. There are so many yummy food options a short walk away, Lulu’s is a must; and the beach is a hop, skip and a jump away. So thankful for the staff here, definitely will be recommending and returning!"
