"We had a city view, no ocean was able to be seen, but it was in such a central location, made things quite easy to get around. A housekeeper Susan was one of the best. She really took care of us and all the staff members answered any questions we need Super nice people very accommodating that way. Of course, a little update in the hotel furnishings would be a place for them, but it wasn’t unnecessarily for us. We didn’t spend that much time in the room. We were there for the weather, the aloha spirit, and of course the food."

"We got an ocean view room with a small balcony, nice place to sit and enjoy watching the waves, surfers and people enjoying the sun. You can enjoy the beach, just few steps away. The staff are very friendly and helpful, always greet you with a smile. The hotel is in the middle of waikiki strip and across the street from International market(mall), very convenient!"

" Hotel Clerk Onami at first day check failed to provided us with a partial view of the beach room 708 was a disaster. The phone didn’t work at first, the safe didn’t work and the A/C made noise. Onami caused error on our bank card which locked us out of our account. I spent over an hour on the cell phone with Visa to restore our account. The next day Hotel Clerk Ron moved us to room 1202 an excellent partial view of beach. Ron should be nominated employee of the month. ."
