「Very helpful communication with Natasha regarding our arrival time and progress during our road trip, and very welcoming when we arrived after a long day of driving. Outstanding spotless and clean room! Delicious breakfast served at 9 o'clock, and a very accommodating and nourishing "to-go" breakfasts prepared for us on the road as we had over 550 miles to drive the following day, Woodstock is a definite stay if we pass through in the future!」

「Overall, disappointed with our stay. Definitely not worth what we paid for. There is not a front desk person so its hard to ask any questions or get any issues resolved unless the restaurant is open (we called the manager phone number that we found in the community room and they didn't answer). Also, the email listed on their website does not work. We were not provided any information about Wi Fi access or check out times when we checked in and that information was no where in our room. 「Right off freeway. Great, clean, and spacious rooms. Great breakfast: hot, included eggs, pancakes, waffles, etc. Friendly staff. Added something new, free postcards.」

「It was too humid in our room and it smelt musty! I was disappointed that housekeeping only comes every three days and that on the off days I had to ask for related items at the front desk. it’d be nicer if they came at least every other day instead. On a really positive note though, the front desk clerk named Jasper was delightful and very accommodating. There was another female clerk though, who was unfriendly and seemed put out when answering our questions. Jasper was the best, though.」
