「Property advertised was not the property we got. Paid for a three bedroom penthouse and got a two bedroom non penthouse. Advertised Address on expedia in in jersey city and phone number for contact on expedia is incorrect. Although Gary was very nice and helpfull the listing of property and what was paid for was was not the same whether expedia miss listing or not idk. The room was still nice just wasn't what i paid for on expedia 」

「Although the location isn’t close to Time Square but it is very close to the subway and many other sightseeing destinations such as the Trump Tower, the Museum of Modern Art, the Central Park, St. Thomas Church, St. Patrick Cathedral and the Grand Central Terminal, etc. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who not only want a comfortable sleep but also with a helpful and extra nice front desk service experience. 」

「I had a great stay at the Fitzpatrick the last time I was there.and asked for two double beds and they we able to accommodate. This time I was traveling on my own and just flew in from London. I decided to stay an additional day and they were able to acomodate. I enjoyed my stay and the front desk is very friendly. The location is perfect close to everything and my fav. pizza place.」

「交通十分方便。大堂宽敞，安静，黑色底色，显暗。健身房在顶楼34楼，健身房设施够多，没有景观。双床房空间不大，中央空调。每天有客房清洁。日常用品（咖啡机，饮品等）要打电话要求。不提供饮用水，拖鞋，牙膏牙刷，只有一次性纸杯或塑料杯。额外收费45/天，可以小费15/天。额外收费是曼哈顿酒店的惯例。」

「非常滿意的體驗！今次旅程找了很多價位相同的酒店做比較，在紐約想找到滿意的酒店而是這個價錢，是很難。跟很多大品牌酒店比起來，我發現這間會更出色。 2樓有 休息室，可以免費暢飲咖啡和茶。而且有水機，更備有水樽供客人使用，非常好！！ 房間舒適，空間大，很滿意！！ 唯一美中不足是沒有早餐提供，向酒店反映了也作出回應，希望下次來會有驚喜！！ 」
