"Our trip to Majestic Mirage started off on a great note, but unfortunately, the experience quickly declined.
We encountered several issues with our room that significantly impacted our stay. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor due to a drainage problem, and the toilet leaked from underneath every time it was flushed. On top of that, the air conditioning in the room was not working, making it very uncomfortable.
We brought these concerns to management’s attention, but it took until the last night—four nights into our stay—before we were offered the option to switch rooms. By that point, it was too late to make a meaningful difference in our experience.
It was disappointing, especially given how promising the trip felt at the beginning. Unfortunately, due to these issues and the delayed response, I would not return to this hotel."
