"The staff here is very helpful and friendly, and my room was so comfortable and well decorated. It was better than the last time I stayed there, which was already good... so I think the management here must be very dedicated to a positive guest experience and improvements in their hotel. The hot water worked well, everything was very clean, and it's both a quiet place but within 5 or so minutes walking to the beach, restaurants, etc I will definitely stay here if I visit Punta Cana again. "

"We had an amazing family vacation! The rooms were spacious, and booking the VIP service was definitely worth it—I highly recommend it. The hotel was very clean, modern, and well maintained. The food was good, and the Japanese restaurant was absolutely amazing. There were plenty of great amenities for the whole family to enjoy, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely come back!"

"The beach view is totally totally amazing, the staff are so friendly and they keep the place very clean. The beach is it private beach? So there's not a lot of people on it. If you walk 5, not even 5 minutes up, the beach is where the water is smooth.. Everyone else that we had met were staying far away from the beach and had to take half hour to forty five minute drive to get there, whereas we were right on it. There's a constant steady breeze which can be refreshing. The pool and the hot tub are very clean and beautiful to swim in. There were a few people that had left their resort to come here over peace and quiet. The food is really good. This place is more like a little villa, very much like a pedem breakfast place. It is like a little piece of hidden paradise. My friend and I will definitely becoming back. Hey locals are so friendly. They also make really good pina coladas. My friend and I would break this place and 8.5 out of 10. We did not go all inclusive and saved ourselves almost $5,000. We were not obligated to stay on site."

"This will eventually become a very nice hotel. Given our attendance 10 days after its opening, about 60% of the hotel was completed. As a result, we weren’t able to enjoy everything that is listed. However the great thing is they offered us a complimentary return visit for the same number of people and number of days! The Pros: They have the best fitness center I’ve ever seen at a resort. It has a spin room, boxing room, polytechnics room, stair masters, treadmills all looking out at the beautiful golf course. There are plenty of seating areas throughout the resort. The bowling center (about 13-14 lanes) and sports bar was nice, especially during NBA finals. The best restaurant to book was the Mediterranean restaurant. Food was very nicely seasoned and great portion size. The hotel is very spacious and you never feel like it’s tons of people. The Cons: Ocean view is NOT what you think. DR has some type of restriction where this resort had to be so far away from the ocean. So it really is like viewing the ocean from a distance past a forest. We purchase ocean view but it was nothing but construction and forestry. The pool closed very early like at 6pm. The food wasn’t the best at the restaurants we booked (Italian, Mexican). They ran out of some of the items listed and it wasn’t seasoned well. The spa was ok. Our therapist did a lot of rubbing rather than massaging. For the price, it wasn’t worth it to me or my husband (a couples massage was almost $700)."
