「We went on a family vacation and decided on this hotel because of the waterpark for the kid, which he loved and we adults also enjoyed. Food wise: Buffet was nice, service was so so and I’m guessing it was because the hotel just open when we went, but no bad treatment. Francisco in the breakfast area was very good at doing our eggs every day. The Japanese restaurant was delicious, a shout out to our chef, which we don’t remember his name but he said his last name was Chan like Jackie Chan....

「Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The property was clean, well maintained, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The amenities were enjoyable, and everything met our expectations. The only downsides were the large number of mosquitoes, particularly around the outdoor play area, which made it difficult to spend time there and fully enjoy the space. In addition, while the private beach was a nice feature, it could have been better maintained and cleaner. Addressing these two areas...

They said they have a private beach but you can’t get in there dirty beach. After all not much to do there. Rather to spend my money and time somewhere else.」
