「I loved that there was a remote to control the temperature for the both air conditioners. The cleanliness was top tier. It smelt very nice upon walking in each time with the air freshers. The only thing I would change is moving the shower curtain rod down as the floor got soaked with water after each shower, and maybe putting some curtains in the bedroom as it was very bright in the mornings. But other than those two things this stay was very nice, I loved that a washer and dryer were available...

「An absolute hidden gem! This little place is adorable in so many ways. Nice modern decor. Comfy bed.」

「The only disappointment was that we were unaware that there was no elevator available. Going up the steep steps with luggage at age 73 was a bit much, but we made it. Also, we were only in the apartment for 30-40 minutes and received a parking ticket in that short of time. Please advise customers to run, not walk, to put the parking permit on their rear view mirror asap. 」

「Great location and the price was perfect for summer in Florida. Everything is expensive this year and the house was cheaper than a hotel room. The area was a bit rough, but we were safe. The driveway had a gate that i parked inside of the backyard, which helped us feel safe. The beds were average and not very comfortable. Theres no key for the back door so we always had to walk around front after parking, even in the Florida rain! The amenities were average. There was some dishes, but very basic...

「A fabulous apartment. It was very comfortable and the location was great - we walked to some great local restaurants and Hyde Park village was just a short walk away. The communication with the owner was great. Highly recommended. We will certainly stay there again.」

「Contacted property concierge service about early check in and no one responded back. The entrance way was unlocked and apartment smelled like throw up. Noisy and smelled like weed. I would not advise this property.」
