"This is the first time I stayed in this hotel because of BTS and by far the best. We arrived at the hotel around 12 noon, even though the check-in was 3 pm, they accommodated us with no questions asked. They also have a BTS banner and photo booth to welcome guests attending the concert which was amazing and sweet. They provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and vice versa or you will just request and they will bring you anywhere you want to go. They also gave us a ride to the concert venue and picked us up after the concert as well. Lyss and Mike (shuttle drivers) were so nice and helpful. The place was clean and smells good. Provided a lot of pillows and the firmness and softness were right (which is very important to me). Not too soft that you feel you are drowning and sinking into the pillows. The shower was the best as well. And most especially the staff from the receptionist to the cleaning crew. Special mention to Diane, Steve, Pablo, Radeka, Kevin and Rosa. Keep up the good work."
