「Lovely room with comfortable bed. Very friendly and professional staff. Could do with hot plates for hot breakfast and disappointing coffee but otherwise super breakfast with cold and hot buffet. Book a bed and breakfast room if you will require breakfast. Restaurant food prices expensive. 」

「Nice location, in the deep of Surrey AONB but that’s where it ends. The building itself is dated and needs modernising. It’s great as somewhere to lay your head. Small bathroom, thin pillows and duvets. 」

「This was a lovely hotel and we had a great stay. We received a very warm welcome on arrival and also a welcome gift which was very well received. The room was great, a good size, clean and well maintained. The grounds were gorgeous. The Manor House is beautiful. The golf course was good and well maintained. The food was good, we had a nice breakfast and paid for lunch in the bar. The hotel has multiple games including table tennis, table football, pool and arcade games, space invaders,...

「Cancelled 2 rooms we had booked for nearly a month due to some rooms having flooding issues. Offered us hotels over 20 minutes away which just didn’t work. Also tried to offer us to share a twin room vs having 2 separate rooms booked at another hotel. After a 5am start to get to Woking for work for the day this is the last thing that was needed. At the moment zero accountability (this may change with a full complaint letter). Will also lose a lot of generated cashback and traveller perks etc...

「Clean and nice, but nothing to around it. Breakfast was nice and there is a gym and a bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a wonderful health resort if they add a spa, sauna, etc. 」

「沙发床太单薄了，还好是孩子睡。淋浴头接口漏水。沐浴液瓶都是散开的，没有洗手液。赶上英国假期，人太多，餐厅爆满，没啥服务。外部环境还不错，离温莎城堡也比较近。」

「Breakfast was ok but lacked fresh fruit, the property needs a refresh and fridges in the bedrooms (although one was supplied on request) No air con but that's normal for the UK. The room was clean and the sports bar was ok - spacious and quick service with pool tables and tvs to watch sport. Driving range and tennis courts were fun and there are outdoor spaces to sit and relax」

「Very good hotel, staff amicable and very helpful, I intended to drop down luggage in early morning at 9:00but to my surprise they told me I could check in because the room had been ready. Clean and food was good as well.」
