沙发床太单薄了，还好是孩子睡。淋浴头接口漏水。沐浴液瓶都是散开的，没有洗手液。赶上英国假期，人太多，餐厅爆满，没啥服务。外部环境还不错，离温莎城堡也比较近。

We booked a family room for 4. The bed was ok. The sofa bed for the kids was absolutely terrible, it’s not suitable for one child definitely not for two and does not even fit the definition of sofa bed. Extremely thin (less thick than a blanket) “mattress” over falling apart springs extreme unstable narrow and not acceptable altogether. The breakfast and pool were nice although the single toilet in the ladies bathroom was clogged and disgusting throughout the weekend. In one word - disappointing

Room was fine, albeit a nightmare to actually find as the hotel is like a maze of corridors and stairs with poor signs and map. Reception staff were lovely but don’t wasn’t your breath saying good morning to any of the housekeeping staff as they will just ignore you. They’ll also tut at you if you can’t push you pushchair past their trolley. Location was great for Legoland.

Staff at reception were not helpful, not great or very receptive on arrival when my wife and son checked in. I was parking the car. Ruined my son’s birthday experience on arrival. We were going Lego land do 2 days. Had I been there I would have made a complaint. We asked reception for an item for our room on the day we arrived, After two days it didn’t arrive. Having chased it up myself on the day we arrived, I was told by reception, it had been requested and they were not over willing to chase it up again. Poor customer service. Beds were uncomfortable and bed sheets had coffee stains on them. House staff were all polite and welcoming. Always well greeted. Decor of the actual building and estate is beautiful and the breakfast was good with lots of variety especially for vegetarians. Staff at restaurant were helpful. First impressions make a lasting impression and although the location was very close to Lego Land, we are unlikely to come back here again.

We stayed for 2 nights in the “ School House “ rooms. There were a lot of stairs to get to the rooms and then , internally , inside the room there were more stairs. I have a walking stick so it made this very challenging. Our toilet overflowed and was not able to be fixed until the next day so we were assigned another room , thankfully this did not have internal stairs.

We paid for a deluxe room and we didn't get one, the room was tiny & it was absolutely nothing like the pictures online. The parking was absolutely terrible. At 3pm we struggled to find a place to park having to park extremely far from the main reception. We went to see the light show at Windsor park... upon our return there were no car parking spots & being disabled I had an absolute nightmare trying to walk to the reception in the dark & cold with no clear signs or lighting. Made all of this known to the reception team and all they said was there's nothing they could do because of the Christmas parties.i would not recommend staying here unless you're attending an event there. Double check you can park and if you have any mobility issues be mindful

Clean bathroom but had no make-up mirror. Cold room since the radiator did not work.Asked the reception for if they had a table make up mirror but they had no extra.Also told about the problem with the cold room an got information that someone should look at it but when I came back in the afternoon the radiator was still not working. For the room rate you expect better service.
