「The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Special thanks to Anna for her kind assistance in helping us book our tickets — it made everything much smoother. The room was clean, and the common areas were generally quiet and pleasant. The environment was lovely, and the breakfast was also quite good. Overall, we had a great time ! 」

「Top floor was quiet, easy to walk to the pool &nearby beach. Staff was very helpful after initial language barrier. Easy to take a cab or ride to plazas and beaches. Older building but clean and accessible. Not sure if there is an elevator. Store that sells water and convenience store nearby. AC and hot water worked fine. Not loud with dogs or traffic. Not all-inclusive but good if you can take care of your own needs.」

2/10 很糟糕

"This is the worst 5-star all-inclusive experience our family had during christmas. We did not have hot shower for three nights and the room has been freezing cold. We informed the hotel the first night and they kept sending maintenance people without fixing it. And whats worse, they did not really care about our problems. Everytime I called them, I need to explain the situation again. And what I got is 'we will send someone to fix' ' the hotel is fully booked so not possible to change the room' or 'this is the general problem'. The daily activities and restaurants are good but I think the room itself is the basic of which the problem and technicians visits, really bother our holiday mood."
