"Extremely happy with our stay. Our two-bedroom suite was spacious, modern, and perfect for our family of six, with a full kitchen that made everything so convenient. We only stayed two nights but easily could have spent a full week here. The breakfast was excellent, the kids loved the pool, there was plenty of parking, and every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!"

Pleasant View Inn

10/10 Excellent

"Had a wonderful stay in June! Beach was small so had to get to the beach early to reserve a spot. But everything else was perfect! The food at The Hatch was excellent and sitting outside and view of the ocean in such close proximity was beautiful! Nice to be able to take a dip in heated pool which was very clean. Rooms were small but updated. 8 minute drive to Watch Hill for some shopping and will explore the town of Westerly next time we stay here, because we will definitely be back."

"So many pros and so many cons!! I’ll start with all of our favorite things. The location is perfect! We stayed in the Gables with our kids and were in a two room suite. Perfect size for a family of four. The property had a pool right behind it which we all loved. The property was very flexible with holding our luggage for us when we arrived early and when we checked out so we didn’t have to walk around town with it. The hotel boutique was cute too! Now for the cons…..while the property had a great aesthetic there was lots of basic upkeep that was neglected. Rugs in the room had holes, toilet paper holder was off the wall, and electric outlet wasn’t screwed in. The water dispensers in hallway weren’t filled. The pool area didn’t have towels on our first day, however the man working the towel shack was very kind and brought us bathroom towels. The following day, things at the pool were stranger. They had menus out and when we asked a different employee if we could order drinks or food he was clearly annoyed. Said they didn’t bring drinks to the pool it was too far for him to go. I asked about the food and why they had menus out. He said he guessed he could go get food if we ordered it. All in all we would stay again. There’s just some kinks that needed to be ironed out!"
