It’s great walking distance to downtown for activities to do if you want to do things there in Gatlinburg and not too far to drive to this Smoky Mountains the staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice hearing the river run by night. Had a decent breakfast."

"Food was great, water Park was closed for 2 of our 3 full days. View was incredible, but room needs some deep cleaning and an update. Bed was extremely uncomfortable, pillows were terrible and sheets were like sandpaper. Worst sleep I've had on vacation."

"The staff was very friendly. The pool is great for young kids, but the hot tub was over crowded with young kids as well so I didn’t get to enjoy it. The balcony door didn’t function easily and the bathrooms are small, but functional. It’s a little further off the main strip, but the free tram does stop right out front!"
