「Clean hotel and close to everything」

「The staff on the first day we checked in was amazing! She also baked freshly made chocolate chip cookies!!! The young guy who was at the desk next morning was horrible. Didn’t say hi or good morning. Didn’t respond when I said good morning. I needed help with the hot water. Didn’t say a word, came by and showed me how to do it without a word. When I left, mumbled “have a good day”. Not sure he was shy, just not nice to women or not nice to Asians. Other than that, almost perfect!! Would be...

「Here's the good: - nice location - clean linens and carpet - nice pier to sit on overlooking the bay. Everything else: Booked a month or so ago. Arrived to discover they were renovating parts of the hotel, and that my room was directly over top of where workmen were cutting large slabs of marble with saws. 「The room we upgraded to was awesome! The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had all the amenities one would need and the shower was hot with great water pressure. The location to the beach was perfect for the Doodles in Dewey event we came down for. The woman with the terrible attitude at the front desk really ruined it for us at this place. Make sure you PRINT out your confirmation paperwork because it sounds like their rules and rates change often (parking/ dog fees etc). Parking...
