「The ONLY COMPLAINT was the lack of courtesy from a senior front desk employee. Never a smile or courteous demeanor given during our stay. Ask a question and always got abrupt answers. My complaint was shared along with other family members and guests. This is not a reprimand on his demeanor but a suggestion to make known to him a customer especially during the holiday season should be responded to with a friendly approach. 「Entire Bellmoor experience was excellent. The front desk with Jim went quickly and in no time I was shown to my courtyard room. The room was spotless and toasty warm on a chilly, windy day. The facility, from the Library with a roaring fireplace, to the well stocked bar, was beyond expectations. The buffet breakfast was more than ample. Finally, checking out with Bob went off without a hitch. Yes, the Bellmoor will now be my new " go to" place in Rehoboth. 」
