「Quiet relax very clean nice staff very friendly」

「We arrived after 5 pm on our arrival date and the room wasn't ready. We stood in the hallway for approximately a half hour while they got the room ready and it seemed like a rush job.」

「Staying in a refurbished Lighthouse was unique experience. The rooms are essentially pie shaped with an inviting beach theme. The bed was very comfortable and I loved having 6 full sized pillows. Our fridge was stocked every morning with fruit, OJ, complimentary muffins, and yogurt. There were also various beverages and water. 「Friendly, cleaned」

「This is not a good hotel. I would not stay here again. I was fooled thinking it was redone in 2022. The exterior clearly needs maintenance, and the interior is quite dirty. The lobby and hallways need serious cleaning, and the hallway carpet was especially filthy. The lobby is your first impression of a hotel, and even that was very dirty. Surprisingly, the room itself was okay, but the bathroom towels did not seem clean, and the bed sheets also showed dirty spots and stains. The shower still...

「This hotel is a facade. It looked nice and new but then the TV didn’t work, the internet didn’t work, the stove top in the efficiency didn’t work, the hot water in the kitchen didn’t work, the dish washer leaked all over the floor, the free breakfast was missing the first morning except a long line of 25 people getting waffles and the second morning slim pickings with an even longer line for waffles from people making six waffles each and taking literally 25 sausages on one plate. 「The breakfast was delicious, clean rooms and great accessible parking. The staff was also very friendly and helpful however housekeeping was going to help us clean something that spilled and hours later never came, we needed new towels as well that never got delivered so we had to refollow up at that point they had already left and we had to have help from the desk. The ice machine was working for some ice and then stopped working, which was unfortunate on the hot day.」
