「Loved the location and how clean the hotel was. Room may say coastal but does not have water view. It’s decorated in coastal decor. There is no Buffett breakfast offered only menu items that were just ok. Small pool. No bar service the first day. Second day they had offered bar service at pool but the poor bartender had to keep going up and down to get drinks. Not Whst I expected」

「Great 2 BR unit and amenities in a nice location just a couple blocks to North OC beach though far from the Boardwalk. Our family really enjoyed our 2-night stay! The very clean outdoor hot tub was fantastic and just what our tired bones needed! Just make sure maids are always cleaning out bathroom spa tub jets but ZERO issues with cleanliness otherwise.A wonderful experience and I highly recommend!」

「I had a weekend vacation with my kids who were happy with the stay. A few things could be improved 1. The room cleaning needs consistency considering the beach location and sands is expected nuisance. My room was not cleaned during the two nights stay although the staff were responsive when we requested extra towels and sheets. The extra sheets that we found in the room were dirty. 2. I had to sacrifice my shorts that fall in the unit below my room and the staff on duty was slow to respond or...

「Room was clean. Staff was helpful. The hotel really has everything,pool, restaurant, bar and a gift shop. The gift shop also had necessities like toothbrushes(if you forgot yours) and bags of ice for your cooler. I didn't need to leave our hotel for much. I appreciated that as I have several young children and wanted to enjoy Long Beach days and dining in while allowing them age appropriate breaks/naps. Will definitely be back」

「The staff was excellent. The pool is at another building with approximately 15 chairs. There is no elevator but lots of stairs. No ice machines but staff will get you ice. No bar at the Lighthouse. The rooms are spacious and extremely clean. Balcony overlooks the bay. You will see turtles, mana rays, seagulls. Very quiet at night. The breakfast is placed in your refrigerator so cold muffins, yogurt and juice. We loved every minute there.」

「The room was beautiful however the bed post were loose and upon arrival went to check the room before unloading and only to find a roach crawling across the countertop and underneath the keurig machine and a dead one on the floor next to the night stand. We took video of the situation sowed it to the desk clerks and the only solution they came up with was to refund my money.
