「Hotel was clean for the most part. Our shower had hair on the ceiling from another occupant not in our group. The night shift employee at the desk was rude and unapproachable and acted like she didnt want to work or help anyone. (We checked in late) It was our first time visiting Bethany Beach and I think we will stick to your neighbor Rehoboth.」

「Proximity to the beach was ideal. The room had hooks and cubbies for extra beach gear which helped keep things organized with a family. Having access to a larger fridge was also helpful.」

「We stayed at the holiday inn express this past week and overall had a good experience. The free breakfast was nice although it gets very congested down in breakfast area. The two pools on site were nice for after beach days. The staff could be a little more on the friendlier / welcoming side was one takeaway I had. Jamie at the front desk was the only one who we had a pleasant experience with all week (stayed 5 days). Housekeeping didn’t change our sheets / pillow cases / or comforters all week...

「Fantastic hotel and staff! They pay attention to the small details- for example, toothbrush holder in the bathroom, nice! Rooms are big, clean, nicely furnished. Beds are very comfortable. They have a wonderful included buffet breakfast at the restaurant attached to hotel called Lupo. Buffet but very fresh - they also make omelets - coffee is delicious! They have a nice shuttle to the beach - very helpful. Will definitely stay again.」

「We have dogs so this hotel is convenient. The room was somewhat clean, the hot water takes forever to make it to the second floor. It is a good place if you have dogs. The indoor pool is a big hit.」

「Staying in a refurbished Lighthouse was unique experience. The rooms are essentially pie shaped with an inviting beach theme. The bed was very comfortable and I loved having 6 full sized pillows. Our fridge was stocked every morning with fruit, OJ, complimentary muffins, and yogurt. There were also various beverages and water. There was a keurig in the room as well as at the coffee bar in the Common room. Outside the Common room is a long porch which faced the bay, and was wonderful to relax...

「I really like the room structure and the sea view with large floor-to-ceiling windows, but the cleanliness of the items in the room is not enough, the equipment is old, everything else is okay.」

「We were not impressed with this property. There were blood stains on our sheets, no coffee or water glasses. When we requested water glasses they said they did not supply those. Very close to the road so very noisy. Walls are very thin hard to sleep! Also no fire pit like in the photosz」

「We loved our stay! The location is fantastic you can easily walk to most of the local shops, restaurants, so there’s really no need for a car for everything. The property was so cute and cozy. The staff had great customer service, which is something you don’t find very often anymore. They were also very accommodating of my service dog. We’ll definitely be back!」
