"This hotel is a gem. They provide a very welcoming and homey getaway. The location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach, restaurant and shops. Parking on-site. The staff is friendly and helpful. Plentiful breakfast. (Love the baked pears!) Coffee and tea station available at all times. The hotel smells amazing--wish I could bottle the scent and bring it home. Umbrellas and beach chairs available. A wide assortment of games available. Wine and snacks in late afternoon. Warm cookies and milk in the lobby in the evening. They have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. We will be back!"

From site where I booked, I expected hotel vs. motel (old sign on back of property still says motel) but even with that said, property was just off the beach, had free parking and chocolate chip cookies, we were not able to take advantage of wine and cheese nor breakfast. Pool is vey small but we knew we were not swimming outdoors. "

"Front desk staff were rude. In our 60’s and 70’s and we’re told we could not sit in lounge at 8pm as the restaurant closed at 8. Personnel cut lights off and told us to leave."
