"I’ve stayed many times in Rehoboth and this is by far the best hotel. It’s not right on the boardwalk but the amenities are top notch and the staff were very accommodating."

"Wonderful location! It took about 10 minutes to walk to the boardwalk and it is right next to some excellent restaurants and Dogfish Head Brewery. The only thing that would have made it better is if there was a microwave in the room. We knew there wasn’t one beforehand, so it wasn’t a surprise and would still stay here again without hesitation! Clean room and the check-in process was so easy and all through text. Will definitely stay here again!"

The staff could not have been nicer and their communication was outstanding. I plan to return to the Rehoboth area in great part because of the stay we had with them."

"They had some nice amenities for a family of 5 with 3 little kids. They give you beach chairs and beach towels. Free breakfast, fresh baked cookies at 8pm, happy hour wine and cheese. Outdoor pool, small but great for kids. It’s a simple but cute motel. Front desk staff were very friendly. It’s in a great location, we did a 4 night stay. It was nice to be able to walk to everything and of course free parking. The rides are almost too close lol First time visiting Rehoboth, we would stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Oceanus! The motel is extremely clean, comfortable, and just a five minute walk from the beach. It’s also right around the corner from the main street, with tons of restaurants and shops, so we parked our car when we arrived and didn’t use it again until we left. The room had a mini fridge and microwave, and the small pool was perfect for us. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They let us check in early because our room was ready and were also happy to let us leave our car for an hour after checkout. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!"
