This was a great hotel for a family beach vacation. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I was underwhelmed with the cleaning service. We didn’t have our room serviced once which was a disappointment with two kids. We tried working around nap schedules and at one point a cleaner was right outside our door. She asked if we wanted our room cleaned which I said yes. We were out of the room for 1.5 hours and when we got back the room still wasn’t cleaned. It didn’t look like there were enough cleaners for the amount of rooms. Other than that, the pool was great and being able to walk right out to the boardwalk and beach was a huge win!

Had an oceanfront room that had a fridge and microwave. Bed was very comfy and plenty of pillows. The AC was relatively quiet. Even though we were right on the beach/boardwalk the room was extremely quiet. I booked it because I wanted oceanfront with an outdoor oceanfront pool and this is really the only hotel that fits the bill. There are 2 or 3 food options right at the hotel. Pool had food and drink service but you can't charge it to your room which would be more convenient.We had a great stay and will return.

For the price we paid, this stay was not worth it at all. There was no access to Netflix or Hulu, and the "queen" beds were actually just full-size beds. As a family of four, which includes two adults, a 2-year-old, and a 13-year-old, we found the accommodations far from comfortable. We booked our hotel for the July 4th weekend specifically for the balcony view, as confirmed directly by the hotel. However, we were disappointed to find that our balcony was positioned in such a way that we couldn’t see any fireworks, ultimately missing out on that experience. In short, this stay did not meet our expectations, and I would say it’s definitely not worth the price.

Im going to leave an honest review about this location. First and foremost this seems to be one of maybe 4 hotels even on the boardwalk so theres not much to choose from hence how completely overcrowded this hotel is. Pros: the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating they let us check.in very early The hotel itself has many little perks but dont be fooled its all about money. Restaurant/outdoor bar on site Boardwalk pool , ice cream , poolside drinks yes all lovely HOWEVER... Cons: the pool area is TOO SMALL for all the guests they book here. Theres maybe only 20 chairs in the pool area , people were sitting on the edge of the pool or in there own beach chairs! NO one monitors the pool area so its overcrowded and people sit towels on a chair but you never even see them actuallysit in it. The pool can get packed! You have kids throwing balls, doing cannon balls splashing everywhere parent's dont care bc they're getting hammered at the bar (which does have good drinks so i get it) The rooms are decent however i have a feeling they book the same crappy rooms for those who book through expedia. Reading reviews our room was the exact same, sink didnt drain , dirty balcony chairs, the fan in the bathroom was falling out of the ceiling, if a person above you was using the shower youd have no hot water OR it would just randomly turn scalding The beds are very uncomfortable the pillows were decent Overall youd think paying 300 a night would get you more but i guess not.

My family and I had the absolute best stay here! The pool was fantastic with food and beverage service. The location was super convenient, right on the boardwalk and steps from the beach. Also on the boardwalk was lots of food options and stores. I had read reviews of people complaining of outdated rooms. Our room was beautifully updated so I'm not sure where the outdated rooms are. The only problem we encountered the entire week was not having enough space to hang out towels and bathing suits to dry, since we did not have a balcony. We are already planning our return.

Hotel was in a perfect location. Right on the boardwalk and beach and a very close walk to local shops and restaurants. The pool was clean and had fresh towels and cold water readily available. Drink/food service was also available at the pool. The hotel was quiet at night despite being close to everything. Staff was friendly and helpful and we would stay again. The rooms are dated and on the smaller side but typical for what you would expect for a beachside hotel. The beach was free and had lots of rinse off stations. Great area for a family vacation.
