Our room’s bathroom sink and toilet were like something out of an elementary school. View was nice. The best thing about our stay was the restaurant/bar. Food and drinks were great and the staff was the best.

The room was very nice and although we didn’t have an oceanfront view r side view provided a good view of the ocean. The only issue was the room next door was used as a hospitality room by a group and they kept the door propped open with the door lock. People would just let the door bang starting at 7:00 in the morning. Very annoying!

I was at Rehoboth for the Coastal Delaware Running Festival. The management changed our checkout time allowing an extra 2 hours, allowing me to shower as checkout after the race. This was not expected and greatly appreciated. Thank you!

We needed to call the front desk to let them know the microwave wasn’t working. This was around 8:30-9:00pm, which is not a busy time. Each time I called the front desk the phone will just keep ringing forever and no one picks up. I called several times over a 30 minute period. Then I decided to call their direct number and someone did pick up. They asked if the can put me on hold for a minute and after 10 minutes I hung up. I called the direct number several times again and no one picked up over a stretch of 15 minutes. I wasted nearly 45 minutes trying to reach the front desk to tell them about their broken microwave. The not so funny part of this experience is the instructions in the room stated to call the front desk for any security concerns. Seems that is a joke and they don’t care about your security.

The room was clean. There was 2 TVs however only one worked. Maintenance was called. No access to Cable. Didn't work. The telephone in the room also did not work.

We were not pleased with our stay unfortunately. There was a lot of construction going on which we were unaware of when we booked our stay. The construction workers were using the only elevator available. Our room had exposed sprinklers in both the living area as well as the bathroom. Our sink drain also didn’t work so the water was rising and staying in the sink causing us to have to use the toilet to brush our teeth over which is extremely unsanitary. The A/C didn’t stay on in the room so we were hot and uncomfortable at night. Last but not least, the WIFI on the TV didn’t work. We tried to use the Roku to go on streaming services and the WIFI wasn’t connected. We called for assistance and while the two men who came in were nice, they had no idea what they were doing or how to fix the issue. The 2nd man who was the manager told us none of the WIFI in the building works. I’m not sure if he told us that so we wouldn’t request a room change or what but, that was another negative. The proximity to the beach was amazing but, unfortunately that was the only positive thing we experienced staying at this hotel.

Clean, comfortable mini suite with separate sitting area. Bed was extremely firm, we wike with sore shoulders and hips. Hotel in a great location right on the beach. Easy walk to lots of restaurants and shops.

Great location! Can walk to many restaurants and shops that are open all year. Double bed room was decent and clean. Nice balcony with limited side view of ocean No rooms with ocean views available during off-season due to renovations according to staff. Parking is free on site On-site restaurant is closed for the season. Friendly and helpful weekend staff. The morning staff on Monday check out were not very attentive. One elevator service in main lobby. During Peak season would be a bottleneck. TV cable service was limited with Xfinity.
