「Fantastic hotel and staff! They pay attention to the small details- for example, toothbrush holder in the bathroom, nice! Rooms are big, clean, nicely furnished. Beds are very comfortable. They have a wonderful included buffet breakfast at the restaurant attached to hotel called Lupo. Buffet but very fresh - they also make omelets - coffee is delicious! They have a nice shuttle to the beach - very helpful. Will definitely stay again.」

「We love staying at the Avenue! It’s our 4th year and plan on returning. It’s super clean and we love the onsite pool! We love how it’s close to everything. We were super sad that the golf cart ride to the beach was gone. We loved riding with Lew and it was sooooo helpful with my mom and her walker in the past summers. Please try to bring it back. Only complaint was the pull out couch was super uncomfortable, even my 4 and 6 year olds complained.」

「We loved our stay! The location is fantastic you can easily walk to most of the local shops, restaurants, so there’s really no need for a car for everything. The property was so cute and cozy. The staff had great customer service, which is something you don’t find very often anymore. They were also very accommodating of my service dog. We’ll definitely be back!」

「Atlantic Oceanside Dewey INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING staff is friendly enough, but they will NOT! answer any questions whatsoever. About Multiple hidden fees which go unexplained.(when I asked for an itemized bill, they could not furnish that for some reason they weren’t allowed to use the printer.?) Dirty rooms with no view ,Dirty pool , and filthy restaurant. I would not reccomend .」

「Keep in mind that, in addition to the daily rate, you’ll have to pay U$15 per day for parking. If you stay many days, you have to let them know if you want your room cleaned; otherwise, they won’t do it, and you’ll end up without clean towels. I’d like to highlight the work of the gentleman who serves breakfast—he quickly prepares the waffles and brings them to the table. The breakfast is pretty good."」

「They gave away our room on July 4th weekend...no call...no email...we get there at 830pm..wasnt even late and the lady at the desk was so rude and told us she had to sell our room becasue..."they didnt have the real-estate "...i am not even sure what that even means and we had no where to go on..JULY 4TH WEEKEND...NEVER AGAIN!!!!!」
