「The amenities at the Avenue Inn & Spa were plentiful. Free Wi-Fi, breakfast, hot tub, wine & cheese, indoor pool, cookies, and sauna were a few of the amenities. 「Whole experience was very satisfactory, property is maintained well, room are very spacious especially the bathroom is huge. I love the fact that was so many kids channels at the TV, my kid loved watching her favorite cartoons. Great experience, we will come back.」

「We stayed for one night, the suite was very large, very nice size. But we woke to a major ant infestation the next morning. I set my makeup bag on the floor next to my bed (window side of the room), and when I woke up the next morning, it was covered in ants, thousands of ants. There was nothing sugary or unusual in my makeup bag that I could attribute to drawing the ants. We had to vacate the room early. Management did not offer any compensation and did not seem to take our complaint...

Best atmosphere too with outdoor courtyard to enjoy quiet breakfast daily with made to order omelettes that are delish. Breakfast included unless you get specialty coffee drinks which are extra. Didn't try spa but heard from other guests it's amazing. And if you don't feel like walking 5 blocks to beach they've got free shuttle to/from beach til 430pm. Jim the driver is friendly, knows the area and is great!...

「Close to downtown - the main section where many shops and restaurants are located (Rehoboth Ave). Very clean and staff very pleasant. Wished there was a tub, but they are rare these days. LOVED the french doors that opened to the balcony with the tall Adirondack style beach chairs.」

「Floor had sand on it and bed felt like it had sand in it, We never went tot he beach due to the weather. Other than that everything was great.」

「Excellent location! 2 minute walk to the ocean on one side. 2 minute walk to the bay on the other side. NOTE: this place charges $15 per night for parking. This is a deal. Parking around town is $4 an hour. This hotel is conveniently located so you should be able to walk every place and not be ripped off by paying outrageous parking fees.」
