One block away from Bourbon Street, it is not only convenient to so much activity, but also provides a quiet haven from all of that activity. Thank you to Michael and the rest of the front desk staff who were helpful and friendly, but not intrusive. "The Westin is conveniently placed above a very nice mall. While the building is clearly older, they have plenty of upgrades. My biggest complaint is that it’s extremely loud on the river in the mornings. That noise woke me every day. "

"A wonderful hotel on the inside! The the rooms are a good size and beds are comfortable. The restaurant, breakfast and drinks, are good and its staff is great. However, when you step outside you are right on the end of Bourbon Street, so you have the noise and stuff thag comes with it."
