When I arrived at my room, I was disappointed to find that the bed was not a king size, and there was no sofa bed available. This was contrary to what I had booked and expected. When I contacted the front desk to address the situation, I was surprised to find that they were trying to charge me extra for the accommodations I had already reserved. This lack of communication and willingness to resolve the issue was frustrating and left me feeling dissatisfied with my stay. Given the discrepancies between what was promised and what was provided, I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience. "
