"I paid for a ‘city view’ room and our room was on the 5th floor with the view of a roof with no view of the river or city. The window blind wouldn’t even go up to halfway. Very big let down but the hotel itself is beautiful. Won’t be returning though. "

"Short birthday getaway and I really enjoyed my stay. Hotel is surrounded by places to eat. The breakfast was better than most and the breakfast staff was A1 especially Freddy. Next time I will ask for a room at the front of the hotel because being by the back of the hotel is quite noisy in the morning due to the garbage trucks. Every morning it sounded like transformers we're having a battle outside the room"

"Room was extremely small and talked to front desk and they were extremely nice and upgraded the room. The room gets extremely humid which is a problem if you want to do your hair because it turns into a frizzy mess. Hallways smelled like weed the first night. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all for the price I paid. The valet guy was amazing and extremely helpful. "
