「The customer service horrible my ac wasn’t working and they didn’t do anything. They couldn’t move me horrible」

「This hotel is a diamond in the rough. It used to be a classic upscale hotel built as such. The good: Location is perfect. Free Parking garage attached. Rooms are built to be silent. You don't really hear any noise. King bed was pretty comfortable. The price $$ is significantly cheaper than other hotels. The downside: Needs updated decor. 「It took 3 trips to the front desk to get a key to work. We were given another room and the key worked fine. The lady assisting us was very nice and apologetic for our trouble. 」

「Need some room updates and a specific filtered water bottle fill up station, the water fountain by the lobby bathroom tasted funny. There were cigarette burn holes on my bed comforter and the TV struggled to keep a good signal, was constantly flickering and buzzing, good thing I had my ipad and the internet seemed to work fine. Other than that it was a decent stay, a little overpriced for what it was but the breakfast was good and the coffee was pretty alright.」

「 We stayed at the hotel from May 15-17. We were completely not satisfied with our stay due to the lack of cleanliness, lack of water pressure, and unsanitary issues we experienced in our room. To summarize: + the bed looked like it was slept in when we checked in + there was brown water in the ice container + there was a lot of hair strands in the sink and on the toilet + there were large wet stains as we entered the room. + the towels had brown and black stains on them. + the water pressure...
