Christmas decoration was gorgeous. I was surprise how outdated the bathroom was Breakfast was great I slept well and went to sleeping quicky .

Overall…nice stay. Parking was easy and staff were welcoming. Although we were the last people in the restaurant, the staff were courteous without rushing us at all. The room felt stark…although it’s a room for 4, the pull-out bed was very uncomfortable, we needed to ask for extra blankets and there were only 2 bath towels. Whatever metal skirt surrounds the king bed lets out a very loud bang sound if touched with your shoe!? Rooms were clean and, again, the staff was very nice.

Amazing hotel and staff

The staff at this hotel are amazing! They make you feel welcome and a part of the Bella Vista family! Rooms are decorated beautifully and beds are very comfortanle! Will definitely stay again.
