「Internet was complicated to sign up for and then never worked. Also, between 20 mins prior to checkout time and 5 mins before, they knocked on the door three times to ask if we were checking out. That was annoying. We told them we’d be out of the room by 11:00 and we were. Room was quiet and clean, so that was good.」

「Check in desk staff were very friendly. Our room was very clean. The only thing it was missing was bars of soap for the bathroom sink, which the front desk staff gave me as soon as I asked. Coffee was good, and my husband enjoyed his breakfast. The air conditioning worked well and our room was very comfortable temperature-wise.」

My problem was not with the hotel facilities, but with the staff and their response to my complaint about a broken refrigerator in my room. I told the front desk clerk the morning of the 6th and she said she would have someone look into it. I also told another employee when we were together on the elevator. She said she would have someone look into it. No one did! I ended up buying a cooler to store my son's...

「Nice curb appeal, entry way was clean, pool was nicely maintained. Room was large, not much furniture but very clean and quiet. Staff were all personable. Breakfast was typical for these hotels, for me not very appealing as I do not eat scrambled eggs and bacon was very greasy. I am not staying at these hotels for the breakfast so it was adequate for a start to the day with a stop for lunch afterwards.」

「SHAME on you Wyndham. This property needs a MAJOR OVERHAUL. Room is outdated and smells so musty that I went and bought air freshener and sanitizing wipes. Iron board was broken and only 1 set of towels were provided. Telephone did not work. Horrible conditions!」
