「I stayed there June 5th and 6th while my son attended a football camp at Liberty. My problem was not with the hotel facilities, but with the staff and their response to my complaint about a broken refrigerator in my room. I told the front desk clerk the morning of the 6th and she said she would have someone look into it. I also told another employee when we were together on the elevator. She said she would have someone look into it. No one did! I ended up buying a cooler to store my son's...

「Nice curb appeal, entry way was clean, pool was nicely maintained. Room was large, not much furniture but very clean and quiet. Staff were all personable. Breakfast was typical for these hotels, for me not very appealing as I do not eat scrambled eggs and bacon was very greasy. I am not staying at these hotels for the breakfast so it was adequate for a start to the day with a stop for lunch afterwards.」

「Wonderful hotel overall. Very lovely rooms with good amenities. My one complaint is that whatever they clean the bathrooms and desks with makes them incredibly tacky and sticky. Not pleasant to walk on or touch. Still, will definitely stay there again and be sure to bring some sandals or slippers.」
