「Room was fine Smell when entering from the back door was nasty- old smelly carpet, Weeds in rock garden - looked unkempt. And, back door didn’t have any security lock.」

「The property was poorly maintained, the bed appeared to not have new linens. The sheets looked slept in and the bathroom was uncleaned. I opted to wear rubber slippers on order to stab in the tub. Lots of hair throughout and insects.」

「A little excessive on the pet deposit compared to other places we have stayed. Paying for parking is a bit ridiculous! It’s not like Farmville is a booming metropolis. The place was clean and they place us in a convenient room to get out with the dog easily. Well appreciated. Staff was friendly. Close enough to things.」

「We were told upon arrival that we could not test in the room we booked due to a water leak and mold. Moved to another room that also had mold. Decided to cancel the stay after seeing this. Reached out to oyo as well as Expedia. Expedia was helpful on reaching out to staff about the cancellation policy and a refund. I was told they waived the cancellation and would issue a refund since we provided proof of mold. Nothing has since been processed and I am unable to contact anyone.」

「The manor is a beautiful historical building. It was amazing to see the every room as it must have looked in the early 1800's! Although breakfast is not provided at this time, there are three kitchens to choose from if you would like to use one while staying there. My stay was a great experience!」
