「Hotel is great. We’ve stayed here several times. Only issue we had was that one floor smelled like pot which isn’t really the hotel’s fault.」

「Internet was complicated to sign up for and then never worked. Also, between 20 mins prior to checkout time and 5 mins before, they knocked on the door three times to ask if we were checking out. That was annoying. We told them we’d be out of the room by 11:00 and we were. Room was quiet and clean, so that was good.」

「The room was clean, the bed comfortable and there were all the things needed in the room; shampoos and soap, lotion, hair dryer and an abundance of towels.We used the refrigerator and had plenty of ice. The best breakfast buffet we have had in a long time and the manager was very helpful in canceling a reservation we inadvertently made. Everyone was helpful and friendly.. we would highly recommend this place.」

「Room was nice ! Bathroom nice with an extra big shower . I like that they had the old school bottles of shampoo & Con. As well as bar soap. I don't like those dispensers! Plenty of towels & a blow dryer . Hard bed but fine . Soft sheets and ok pillows . There was no iron or board; no fridge . I was surprised with that as those seem pretty basic nowadays . Staff was very nice ;) check in was easy. Parking in back of hotel . Location was everything !!! Safe and walkable to all of downtown ....

「Is was just okay, more than less just a place for catching some Zzz's .. Room had a stale odor and the the Continental breakfast was simple cereal and mini muffins and bread . I think if they worked on just them two issues alone it would seem a little greater.」

「I stayed there June 5th and 6th while my son attended a football camp at Liberty. My problem was not with the hotel facilities, but with the staff and their response to my complaint about a broken refrigerator in my room. I told the front desk clerk the morning of the 6th and she said she would have someone look into it. I also told another employee when we were together on the elevator. She said she would have someone look into it. No one did! I ended up buying a cooler to store my son's...
