「The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived I was given a room right next to the pool, with a loud system right outside the door. I immediately requested a room change and they were very kind and gave me a much quieter spot. Definitely call before and request a room away from the pool. It might also be helpful to request a room that overlooks the mountains and not the garden. The garden side is basically a wall of greenery, it’s nice but there’s no view or direct sunlight.
