「Water very slow in sink and shower」

「Very. Clean. Nice staff」

「The room was clean except the bathtub. I am not sure if it was dirty or just extremely stained. I was only there for one night so I just cleaned it myself and did not complain. The lady at the front desk was very overwhelmed as she was there by herself while there was a large event in the event space as well as a wedding party. No way shold she have been left to do all of this alone. This made the customers have to wait forever at check in. The wait for check in was no less than 30min for each...

「There is a bunch of pre-service workers that stayed there and the parking lot was completely full due to their trucks not really the hotel fault but it would’ve been nice if some of them could’ve parked over in the trucking parking lot by the Quiktrip Other than that, it was a nice stay」

「I am shocked at how high of stars this hotel had when it is average at best. The hotel is a whole complex which was difficult to navigate and even find the hotel. It is on a beautiful property, but the beds feel like you’re laying on cheap plastic and the breakfast is disappointing. (No waffle maker, which is always what I’m looking for at hotel breakfast). Overall it was a fine overnight but certainly does not deserve the excellent rating listed. Okay at best」
