「Good service 」

「We were not advised that the property was currently undergoing renovations. Getting to your room or other areas of the hotel was extremely inconvenient. We had to catch the elevator to the third floor and then walk down the back stairs in order to reach our room located on the first floor. There was no parking in the area where our room was located because there was building materials and debris everywhere. 」

「It’s a budget hotel. Rooms are definitely pretty run down/outdated. The bathroom is extremely outdated. The kitchen area is nice. It wasn’t bad, but I probably wouldn’t stay here again. I’d say spend a little extra money for a nicer hotel. 」

「Management has room for improvement. The hotel and room looks good. But the microwave inside the room is not working. The coffee maker was not in good condition that we had to bring it to the front desk, then it was fixed by violence.」

「The room was clean. I booked it for the indoor pool but when I got there it was down for maintenance. That was never told to me When I booked, not when I called to make sure they had an indoor pool nor was it on the website. When I called for extra blankets I was told to come down and get a set. I booked a studio room so I feel extra blankets should have already been in the room. The hotel seemed short staff as it was long wait times at the counter whenever we tried to check in, check out or ask...

「Convenient area, parking was good and good breakfast. 」

「Had a great stay over the holiday. Every staff member I came in contact with was extremely friendly, the room exceeded my expectations, and everything was very clean, including the pool area. Only thing I wasn’t a huge fan of was the shower in my room, the glass “door” doesn’t go across the entire shower so I felt like water easily got on the bathroom floor but it wasn’t terrible as long as a towel was down. 」

「When we arrived, we were assigned a room next to the elevator. The noise kept me awake so I didn't get much sleep. So, the next day my wife talked to a staff member by the name of Jayden, He reassigned us a new room on the spot, down from the elevator. Then I come home from my trip, and someone charged the room on my credit card I used for the $50.00 deposit, the full amount of the room that I had already paid for. So, I called the Hotel and once again I talked to Jayden, who took care of it...
