「Here's the translation: "First time visiting New Orleans, full of excitement. However, upon checking into this hotel, the rooms were extremely old, the lighting was uncomfortable, giving the feeling of being in an operating room. The photos looked great, but the reality was vastly different, with worn-out sofas. Very disappointed. This hotel doesn't even come close to a 4-star standard, and staying here was very unpleasant. Eventually left a day early and switched to another hotel.」

「The front desk staff (Ms. Keyanna and Candy) were absolutely wonderful; very friendly, helpful, and professional. Though to be honest, all of the staff I encountered during my stay was Amazing. 「The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant.」

「Wonderful hotel and staff, loved the security feature of having to present your key to get in after 10 pm and scanning your key in the elevator to get to your floor. Beds were super comfy and the room was super clean. Very kind front desk staff. Loved the proximity to bourbon st and restaurants/shopping. 」

「I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel! Everything was as pictured online and even better in person. The room was very clean! The shower had excellent water pressure! 「I have stayed at this place twice and it just keeps getting better. Less then two blocs away from Bourbon Street and a half block from Jackson Square makes it a perfect location to enjoy without the noise. The courtyard is sensational. The room was great. Parking is valet and quick」
