「It was nice enough for what we needed. The beds were not comfortable for me, and they cut off breakfast too early. Breakfast was pretty bland and very basic, processed eggs and cereal. It was fairly clean. I've stayed in worse places but will try something else next time.」

My issue is that the hotel one is not cheap and two paying money and having a terrible experience is not good for business. The first room we in had absolutely no hot water. Took almost an hour for us to give the “hot water heater” time to upgrade those. The toilet also leaked when flushed. The we got moved another room where the window seal was damaged and still no hot water. It was too late to go do...

「Room were clean, pool water was so warm so no need for a hot tub and only thing missing was a restaurant inside hotel.」

「Small room but clean. Patio doors did not open but drapes really kept the sun light out of the room. The TV’s in the room was a smart tv so able to watch Netflix. Pool was closed for half of our stay due to immediate maintenance.Breakfast was ok but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Walking distance to Kauffman Stadium 」
