「Very Disappointing Stay 1. Room Completely Different from Website Photos The room we were assigned looked completely different from the photos shown on the hotel’s website. 2. Poor Ventilation The basement room had no proper ventilation. The only way to get some air circulation was to keep the bathroom exhaust fan running. 3.
