Great for your budget. Excellent clean rooms. Room looks small but you have your own private bathroom space… Common kitchen is mostly clean and easy to use all stuff. Location is close to everything… Staff supper good and helpful. I will surely stay again. Cheers

Flight got canceled and communicated new ETA to property. Didn’t check messages and canceled our stay. Thankfully, the reception staff was able to get us a replacement room but the room was dusty and hot as an oven. We eventually got fans after asking 2-3 times and the staff did seem helpful but were just forgetful?

Perfectly fine. Used it as a base for a gig. Have to admit, after reading prior reviews I was a little worried about what I was going to find, but actually not an issue at all. It was very warm, but that was the time of the year. Room was clean & functional. Check in colleague was very informative and it felt safe. No issues, and to be frank it was the cheapest room I could find, so wasn't looking for the Ritz. I was in the room for all of about six hours, but no problems at all.

Apartment was disgusting. Very dirty and smelly. Kitchen bin was over blowing had lots of insects surrounding it. The room was tiny the table in the room was broken, the entire room smelled of cigarettes and the window barely opened to her air in. Ended up leaving couldn’t spend the night. Very terrible experience.

It's ok. Not amazing, not awful. Hot small room with no fan, had to ask for safety window catch to be removed to open the window more for some air. No problem for the staff, did it straight away. Matress not great but all in all managed to sleep so wasn't a deal breaker. Centrally located between Ilford and Barking stations for access

The staff were really friendly, but knew that our shower was broken to the degree it was unusable and didn't inform us, nor did they offer an alternative when we brought it up. No AC and the hotel was registering over 30° inside, and we arrived back late at night to find the hotel locked up and nobody answering the buzzer. We had to call the hotel to find someone to let us in. Not well organised, and the curtains in the room had obvious burn marks, and the carpet was coming up against one wall.

We loved our stay here. Victoria and the guy (Stephen I think, really amazing guy) who attended to us were simply amazing. Provisions in the kitchen were okay. Location is fantastic. Staff here are exceptionally helpful and warm. Looking forward to a next trip.
