"Good experience with a great location. The only issue is a mandatory $35 for each night stayed that can be used at the coffee shop or bar. The coffee shop’s line was over 30 minutes and the bar was outrageously expensive. The $35 fee each day is borderline fraudulent as if you don’t go to the coffee shop or bar you lose your money."

"Westin is a prime location to stay in while you visit other boroughs. The bed was amazing. Housekeeping did a great job each week tidying my room. The complimentary drink vouchers were just what I needed after a long day of walking in the city! "

"From check-in to check-out, everything was wonderful. Staff was great, room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Subway station is located at the end of the block (so convenient), restaurant on-site and room service available. The only downside is the parking situation - we tried the parking garage the hotel staff member suggested and it was full - proceeded to another garage in the vicinity....it was full. Those were both a few blocks away - be prepared to search for parking upon arrival and possibly walking a long distance with your luggage. Just a tip, if you are coming with vehicle. Everything was great - just the parking isn't easy."
