「The staff could not do enough to make sure you are happy and comfortable. The Dominican breakfast every morning was great. Since the hotel is small and quite, it's paradise behind the gate. 」

「The place was so big. Had to take a trolley to go to the Grand Palace from the Adults only. The guest concierge Francia Garcia was really helpful and I couldn't thank her enough for all the help I got. From random questions to book dinner reservations, she was on point. 」

「It was good but they should open a snack bar at the pools area, than we don’t need to dry e go to restaurant for a full meal during the day. Also to book the restaurants they should create an app with specific time to do the reservations. We went to do ours and there weren’t spots available in some restaurants and the time of the reservations were super late, like 10:30pm.」
