「We were there for a wedding and stayed in the villas. Would have definitely upgraded to a 2 bed villa. Location was great, we were right across from the venue. Shuttles ran regularly to take you to the main hotel for pool or beach. My only complaint and it's just a personal thing, is that they charged my daughter .77 cents for tap water at the pool. My second thing was being a coffee person, there was no kerig in this particular villa so we would go to check in. Last day they said there...

It's close to EVERYTHING in NMB & just a stone's throw away from Myrtle but without those resort prices. Pool was clean & open. Highly recommend for families or solo travellers.」

Paint around door knobs peeling, stains in the carpet, cobwebs on the balcony. Barely any water pressure in the shower. This was not a 4 star room Our breakfast server was unfriendly and foreign. Not sure if that’s the way they communicate in Jamaica or he just hates his job. Did not feel comfortable the 2x I had breakfast with my daughter. Servers are supposed to smile...

Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. 「I was surprised when we were given our room that is was not in the main hotel but in another building the Best Western had acquired 3 buildings down from the hotel. It was advertised as Ocean Front Room, but none in that other building we were put in had ocean front. We had to push our luggage in the cart on the side of the road and watch out for traffic on the way.
