「The property at Ocean Creek was maintained beautifully with their landscaping and outside amenities, such as the pools and access to the beach. As far as the individual condo, it was nice and clean, but the owner needs to make sure the kitchen is better stocked as far as dish detergent, paper towels, hand and dish towels, and more dishes to accommodate families during their stay. These are the basic items needed when checking into a unit that provides a kitchen. I would definitely return, but...

「Clean room, friendly staff, good location」

「I booked this hotel as a last minute getaway for my birthday weekend and my birthday gift( sunglasses) were stolen in a matter of minutes during the checkout process. I placed my sunglasses on the counter in the hallway because I was going back and forth carrying luggage’s with a child. When I went back to the room for the second time, a male housekeeper was already in the room cleaning, and noticed my sunglasses were gone from the counter. I told him I have pictures of me with the sunglasses...

「Room was clean. The staff greeted us on arrival and when leaving and re-entering the property. They had the standard breakfast available each morning…. Waffles, pancakes, cereal, muffins, yogurt, coffee and juices.」

「There were termites and not very clean. The pillows smelled like cigarette smoke. The parking spaces were too small and narrow. There was also an issue with not enough parking on the property.」

「The property itself is nice and in a good area. We won’t book through Expedia again though. They show photos of updated, beautiful condos and not the actual one you’re paying for. After we paid for the room, Vacasa (the company that manages the units) sent us the tower number and condo number with photos. It was not what Expedia shows in their photos. It looked very outdated but we decided to take a chance and still go since it was last minute. Nowhere on Expedia’s website or Vacasa’s email did...

「I was called and asked to change condos and that I would get upgrade. Hah!. The place they put us in was terrible, Front door handle was broke and fell of when we tried to open. Chairs on porch were broken, picnic bench rotted, wood roaches on counter top killed half dozen. The ice container in the refrigerator had mold on it. The dispensers on refrigerator for ice didn’t work. The towels they brought looked like they bought them at a thrift store and they were wet. Run for your life from...

「Kitchen was not fully equipped except with BUGS!!!!!!! Termites, fleas and cockroaches!!!!!!! Absolutely disgusting and owner would NOT give refund or even do anything about it!!!!!!!! We left 10 minutes of being there!!!! DO NOT trust this company!!!!! DIGUSTING is not even strong enough!!!!!!!!!」

「It was a all over a good trip and nice little condo」

「Unit was clean and AC worked well. The beds were not very comfortable, too soft for us. The bedroom walls and bathroom wall and ceiling had several areas that need repairs/paint. Next visit, I will pay a little more and get a nicer place. I was traveling with my mother who uses a walker. Pictures on website show one small step to get in unit from the porch. What wasn't shown is the other 2 steps to get into the porch. Also, bathroom door was so narrow that my mom's walker wouldn't fit.」

「Very nice overnight stay. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The only drawback was the busy elevators. But there were a lot of guests, so we just had to be patient. But we would definitely stay here again.」

「The rooms are privately owned, and the hotel is nice, but the rooms are outdated. They were clean but need to be upgraded. We booked 17 rooms for a party, and all of our guests had complaints about the rooms. They had to change several rooms. For the price, I would stay at a different hotel when we go back next year.」
