「It was a decent stay.. the only thing that could definitely be better is the water pressure 」

「No where in the website states that I couldn’t park my motorcycle on the property. Had a nasty roach come out of nowhere while my family and I were eating dinner. Towels need to be updated bcs they are reusing the same ones, they are too course. Staff was friendly and kind. Very fast service when I needed more towels and blankets. AC was very great and scenery was great.」

「Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay.」

「We stayed in an Oceanview room, room was a little outdated but was clean and comfortable. Our room had a floor fan for you to use as well as a baby gate that would be helpful to families with kids I thought both of these were nice additions that you don't normally see. We will definitely stay again.」

「Not very happy with the service at the pool and the restaurant bar .. took a long time to service us and I also felt the and drinks where very overpriced it’s ridiculous of paying a lot for just only two drinks parking was an another issue and issue with no signs for bathroom around the hotel very had to find but I think I probably won’t come to this hotel again over all was an ok experience not to thrilled about the place..」

「The property overall, amenities and staff were great! We loved the location, the pools, the services and the shuttle rides. Our room itself was outdated, did not have the ocean view I paid for and we found someone's underwear behind the chair. I would return for the other items but speak up about the room as soon as I arrived so they had a chance to make things better.」

「Shuttle service provided was terrific. Driver David very friendly and attentive. Had a personal pillow removed by cleaning staff that was not addressed or returned which was disappointing. Had a car for transportation otherwise quite a distance from main attractions of Myrtle beach. Hotel quiet. Elevators often had lengthy wait times to get to your room.」

「When we get in I noticed that the coffee table was dirty. Also the bed cover had noticeable red-brown stains (I took pictures) and the sofa bed’s brown blanket was dirty. We had to complain with the office to get new bed covers. All they just did was send us new bedcovers to our room. We were told we would have to change the bed covers. Not good.」

「Our first room was honestly just gross. All you could smell was mildew. I called prior to arrive to make sure we did not get placed in a room that smelt like mildew. After arriving at 10 pm the front desk host was more worried about what was going on then helping us. The next day I had to wait for the manager to come in before they would move us to another room .
