「Good 」

「So while we were staying a pool and hot tub were down and there was only one area left. The room was clean minus some hair left on the bathroom sink. I thought we were getting an ocean view room but that was my own fault for not double checking prior to booking. The staff are all excellent and will do anything to help you out!」

「This is our second time at Ocean Creek. The first time was in the North Tower, and everything was amazing. This time we had a smaller budget and stayed in one of the villas. The room was nice enough, but all of the outlets except one were extremely hard to access, making charging devices hard and one of the outlets in the kitchen did not work. The insulation is rather poor, I could clearly hear someone in a neighboring room snoring, and we could hear every step our upstairs neighbor took, late...

「I like this location as I’ve stayed here before. Bathrooms were pretty nasty with trash and hair everywhere. Not sure they mopped or cleaned the toilets before we checked in. There was also hair in the fridge? No dish soap or paper towels which was a little disappointing considering it has a full kitchen with dishwasher. Rooms could definitely use some new carpet as they were gross with stains everywhere. Living room chair was cut with big hole. Beds were fairly comfortable. Nice view of...

「It’s was good but not over the top」

「Overall it was ok. It was clean but dated with uncomfortable beds. Furniture was not comfortable and cheaply made. Ocean front is good but the Saturday DJ was irritating. Music is a great thing but it needs to be more laid back. Just my opinion. Price is too high for the level of amenity.」

「The resort itself is beautiful. If you’re going to charge $1600 for a condo, I would think it would be a lot cleaner. We found dirty panties right next to the bed, the refrigerator had old food all over it, pots and pans were dirty, no extra towels, no pillows for the pull out couch; just wished the room was a little cleaner. Besides that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with what they could offer. Bar good drinks , nice prices and the entertainment by the pool was fun.」

「The location of SeaWatch Resort is excellent and very convenient. The parking facility was also outstanding and made our stay much easier. Unfortunately, the rooms are not well maintained and need significant upgrades. The biggest disappointment was the staff service, which was slow and unhelpful throughout our stay.
