「Loved the pools and 3 bedroom 3 bath rooms」

「We rnjiyrd our stay inspite of renovations being done on the building. Hallways and stairwells were not vacuumed on a daily basis. Also, room service is still covid, post covid style. Fresh towels were provided sfter rwo days, but nothing more unless requested.」

「Had a great stay at Beach Cove Resort. From check-in to checkout the staff were very friendly and courteous. We were in Tower B, the condo was older but clean, comfortable and had a great view of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again.」

「The hotel was in a great location near shopping and restaurants. It was also near the interstate. The room were small but clean and comfortable. The only problem was that housekeeping came an hour before check out, knocking on the door to clean the room 」

「Gate code not sent before check in. No cell signal at gate so it was very hard to get in. Condo was basic but clean. No hot tub at pool. Not enough bath towels. NO pool towels. NO hair dryer. 」

「Property was clean and very nice and quiet. The only concern I had was they don’t want you to put the comforters in with the laundry with the sheets and towels and such when you leave. So I’m not sure when/if they get washed. 」

The chairs in the living room were quite stained also the grass was never cut so you couldn't really enjoy the grilling area. it would be nice if the left instructions for the tv remotes. One last thing the pool and the gym shown in the pics does not exist.」

「Beds were very uncomfortable and they don’t have the kitchen properly stocked to be able to cook while ur there. Had to go buy pots pans ect just to cook anything and no pot holders ect. 」

「property looked clean on initial arrival, but soon noticed cockroaches on the stairs and upstairs bedroom. no brooms or vaccum on site to clean daily. minimal towels in bathrooms, no beach towels. communication with property contact was terrible. no one responded to multiple requests and messages. expedia customer service occassionally responded with texts, but not helpful at all!!」

「We booked a Two bedroom Two bathroom condo at this place, with 1 king bed and two QUEEN beds. We were given one king bed and two TWIN beds. Tried calling the number on reservation, we were told nothing else was available and to reach out to Expedia. The first guy we talked to tried to argue with us saying the reservation said “Two queen beds or twin beds.” This language was NOT on our reservation. Asked for a supervisor multiple times but he never put us through. We spoke to someone else, who...
