「a quaint little building with character. the room was smaller but very cute and had everything my sons and i needed. the pool was closed but we had plenty of other stuff planned to do, so no big deal. the staff i communicated with were EXCELLENT! they responded quickly and did anything/everything they could to ensure an enjoyable stay. and our stay was very enjoyable. the room is walking distance the holiday park, which has lots to do and walking distance to publix and other places to eat. we...

「We arrived early and they accommodated us with and early check in. Omar could not have been nicer. Held our luggage until room was ready, recommended places to eat. Excellent 5* Hotel was very clean. All walkable places to eat and shop. 」

「We found cockroaches in the room and some items left behind by previous guests had not been cleared away.」

「Room was clean, but needed some obvious repairs. ie. door into back yard hard to open and close; area around air conditioner in poor repair; Didn't have any contact with the cleaning staff. We did have a call from the manager when we first arrived and she was very helpful」

「This was a basic room. It was very clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. There was a microwave and refrigerator and there was plenty of parking spaces. We felt the area was pretty safe and it was close to cruise terminals. The only concern was one of the front gates did not lock so it wasn’t as secure as it could have been.」

As a group of girls, we especially loved the long hallway mirror (such a small detail but SO appreciated for getting ready 😂). Everything about our stay was seamless, and the location was perfect. It honestly couldn’t have gone smoother. Highly recommend!」
