"It was my first time in Baltimore and was there for a trade show. I prefer IHG hotels so I was looking forward to my stay. I arrived late and the person at the desk was friendly and accommodating. I had questions about the general area and she took the time to share ideas. The room was a great size. It was large and I was able to move around and have space to work and chill. It was clean and had ample towels and toiletries. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were nice. The thermostat worked and I was able to adjust the temp for cool nights and warmer days. The restaurant - B&O - had great food and drinks. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Their recommendations were perfect. I invited clients over one evening and everyone raved about the crab cakes — so try them if you make it there. The night before I left I requested a late checkout because of my flight and again they were super accommodating. When I returned home I had a question about my bill and called to ask a few questions. The person I spoke to was helpful and explained something I overlooked. The people that work there make it a great place to stay. I often saw the same people over the 3 night stay and they made it a wonderful visit. "

"I would definitely stay here again. The location is a walkable distance from the harbor, surrounding restaurants, The National Aquarium, The Power Plant and so much more. There is street parking, free public parking and paid parking surrounding the area. This hotel was nice and quiet and cozy. The staff did not disturb me and no one was rude and when I did speak to them they were very helpful and very polite. The only dislike is that they mentioned there is only one way in and one way out after a certain time but I may have misunderstood what the young lady at the reservation desk said. I did however ask if there is only that front door exit and she said yes. I said out loud how safe is that? No response received. This hotel was clean the room was big enough for me and the kitchen had all of the supplies needed for comfort. Although I spent most of my time outside, the tv was horrible, the remote didn’t really work and it was not an updated tv. Overall this was a great stay. P.S. butter goes in oatmeal!!!! lol thanks"
