「Let me start by saying that the location is a TEN. It’s super close to all things Disney and close to downtown Celebration. This is why we chose this hotel to begin with. The restaurants around the hotel are all great too! The actual hotel itself though is…meh. The rooms and furniture are VERY outdated. The dressers in the bedrooms were all broken, to the point where we couldn’t even use them because they were literally falling apart. None of the bedrooms had clocks, which drove my family nuts....

「The staff was very friendly. The breakfast area got very busy some days, but the tables were always clean and everything was well stocked. I was never waiting for more coffee or food to be brought out. The washer and dryer worked well, which is almost a miracle these days. Maid service was every other day, so keep that in mind if you're there for multiple days. I would stay here again. 」

「We had really bad experience during last night.when we really exhausted after walk all day at the park and back to the room around 8:00 pm, we couldn't enter the room because the card doesn’t work, and we have to go downstairs with all my bag looking for help. Luckily I found a nice staff who found a specialist opened the door for us and tell me there’ll be someone send a new card to me. So we wait at room thought we will get the card a couple of minutes then we could go to the pool to get some...

「Great place for a budget stay」

「The property was clean, the check in process was smoorh. The room was also clean good value for your money, However, the constant footsteps throughout the night from the guests upstairs was a bit disturbing. 8.5/10」
