I have stayed here twice when visiting Disney parks/Florida and I won’t stay anywhere else. I just went in May of 2026 and it was fantastic. I felt safe, it’s clean, and everyone was so nice. Close to local stores/restaurants. Pool was amazing, warm, clean, good hours. Only complaint was it took a while to deliver toilet paper 😅 but we made it work. I will not stay anywhere else. My family and I will be back!!

What a pleasant surprise to find this wonderful little gem hidden away on Irlo Bronson! It was quite clean, easy to get to other tourist, destinations, nicely appointed, good amenities. A few small complaints were that there were not enough handicapped accessible spaces for parking, and the elevators were hard to access from any areas that had handicap parking spaces.

The hotel itself is totally fine. Nice room, well-stocked, clean. The timeshare sales pitch that you have to hear in order to just get your room key was awful. I said no to the timeshare meeting at least ten times, and the salesperson continued to push and tell me that I had to attend the meeting, and insulted me when I firmly told her no. It’s was downright disrespectful. Despite the hotel being nice enough, I will never return because of that how that sales rep treated me. I do not appreciate someone not respecting when I say no.

Place was super clean, kitchenette had all cookware needed. Staff was extremely friendly. My son loved the mini golf and pool. Close to many places to eat, pharmacies, and groceries. Would stay here again!
