"Was able to check in early but room was dirty. Hair in the bathroom, dirty kitchen floor, pasta sauce on kitchen towel. Place could not handle volume. Pool was very crowded and pool chairs were extremely difficult to find. Signs everywhere saying to not hold chairs but even at 9am all the tables and chairs had towels on them with guest clearly not in pool area. Lunch time was chaos, people even had drinks in pool. Property grounds were beautiful. "

"We loved our stay! Hotel is gorgeous, rooms were very clean, staff was amazing, food was great. Pool was very fun for the kids they had a blast. Definitely a great family friendly vacation. "

"Pros: good breakfast: meat, eggs, mickey waffles, various juices, yogurt, pastries. Laundry amenities on each floor. 24 hour pool and jacuzzi with options to purchase smoothies and appetizers from bar. Lots of parking in a well lit lot. Old Towne is walking distance— good restaurants! Extra pillows and blankets were in closet for sofa bed. Location is great. 10-15 min short drive to Disney Parks. Cons: slow elevators that have heavy traffic between 8-10am. We had to take the stairs several times. We were in 304 and our lock/ keys always gave us trouble. Could take 5+ mins to finally get into our rooms. Housekeeping is not daily. We got back to hotel late at night to dirty towels. When requested, the towels were delivered within 10 mins which was nice."

"The court yard, pool, and other areas are very relaxing. Very nice decor, and overall scene for the price. "

"Room was dirty when we arrived and toilet would not flush without taking lid off of the tank and pushing down on the flush valve. "

"We are always staying at resorts this was our first time at this one. Very clean rooms housekeeping staff not to friendly it’s ok no security in the front entrance 3 fights one physical and people parking in front of the entrance while checking in not letting anyone move there cars because they were blocked and fights and arguments began as we waited in our vehicle while husbands were checking in. No police or security anywhere. Very scary. But the resort looked nice from our room we were a bit intimidated to walk around. Did not let my teens explore cause of the yelling and screaming around us not sure if fighting or just having a good time. "
